Please take note that sizes may vary between brands, so we recommend you to calculate your size by measuring the contour of your bust and hips and checking the size conversion according to your body measurements. You can also check the `FIT & TIP’ section of each model page for accurate information about the fitting of that model.
At NOW_THEN we design each model from start to finish so we know them well. If you can take your measurements with a tape measure and have five minutes to talk to us, we’re sure we can help you find the perfect fit for you.

Yes, we accept the return of all of our articles within the next 14 days from the receipt order date, provided they keep all the original tags attached, and that they have not been used and are in perfect conditions for later sale.

To proceed with your return, please fulfill this form to inform us about your return or exchange. To send your items, you can choose from:
- Return your items by sending them with the method of your choice.
- Request the collection of your items at your home via express courier. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your return.
In order to exchange something for a different size, please write us an e-mail indicating your order number and the items you need to exchange.
We offer Free size exchanges for all our customers worldwide, limited to 1 exchange per order.
Of course. If you doubt between sizes or styles you can buy some options and return the ones that doesn’t fit you. Normally, process the returns within 48/72h from the reception of each package.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday during business hours. We normally process shipments the next business day, but this can take up to 2-3 days during times of higher volume of orders.
Depending on the shipping method you choose, you must add this period to the delivery period indicated at checkout.
Please note that our carriers do not deliver on holidays or weekends.
We pack all the orders with personalized packaging. Nevertheless, you can give us specific instructions such as a personal note or if you don’t want the receipt/bill/invoice to be included in the package. You can indicate it to us in the “comments” section at checkout.

Credit Card: Available for VISA-MASTERCARD-MAESTRO-JCB-DISCOVER-AMERICAN EXPRESS-DINERS CLUB-UNION PAY cards. Remember that due to PSD2 regulations, you will have to confirm the transaction in your mobile phone.
Google Pay and Apple Pay: Process your payment with Google or Apple wallet if you are a registered user.
PayPal: You can also pay via PayPal if you have an account.
Bank Transfer: If you choose this payment method, you will be able to make a bank transfer to the bank details that will be mailed to you when your order is confirmed.
