First you will need to contact us via e-mail to inform us about your return or exchange, so we can register your return order.
All the not identified packages as well as all the returns that has not been previously registered will be returned to its sender.
You can use your preferred shipping method to send your return package but we highly recommend to use a tracked one.
If you prefer to use our own return service within the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands, you just have to indicate it to us in the e-mail and we will send a prepaid shipping label to you so that you can take your package to you nearest post office. This return service has a cost of 2,95€ which will be discounted from the final refund.
In order to exchange something for a different size, write us an e-mail indicating that you want to return your item. We accept returns and exchanges within the next 14 days of reception of your order. You will have to return the original item following the process described previously and place a new order. If it is urgent and you do not want to wait for us to process your reimbursement, you can order a new size and we will make your reimbursement within 24 hours from the reception of your package.
Sure! If you doubt between sizes or designs you can buy both and return the one that doesn’t fit you, we process the reimbursements within 24h from the reception of each package.
If you are in Madrid, we will be pleased to welcome you in our Studio-Showroom in the Retiro Area by appointment. If you live outside of Madrid, you can write us via e-mail in order to inform you about our retailers.
We pack all the orders as if it was a personal gift. Nevertheless, you can give us specific instructions such as a personal note or if you don’t want the receipt/bill/invoice to be included in the package. You can indicate it to us in the “comments” section at checkout.
We offer different payment options within our secured payment platform.
Redsys: Online Payment method which works with VISA and MASTERCARD cards. The 3D secure system requires that the card is associated with your telephone number to which will be sent a code to confirm the transaction. If you don’t have a telephone number or signal at that moment, you can use another payment method such as Paypal.
Braintree: Payment method developed by Paypal for VISA-MASTERCARD-MAESTRO-JCB-DISCOVER-AMERICAN EXPRESS-DINERS CLUB-UNION PAY cards. This is the recommended system specially for international cards.
PayPal: You can also pay via PayPal. This system does not require confirmation by mobile phone but it does require you to have a PayPal account.
Please take note that PayPal manage its payments and returns under its own deadlines. We process the returns within 24h but we cannot accept responsibility for delays in the PayPal management.
