Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with & NowThen, hereinafter referred to as “NowThen”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the NowThen website or mobile website, (hereinafter “web” “website”).

By using www.nowthenlabel.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on www.nowthenlabel.com at the time you place your order.

The prices displayed at www.nowthenlabel.com include the statutory Spanish Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge. If the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified.

Seasonal offers and special sales could carry an offer of ‘Free delivery’ service. This offers could not be available for all the destinations and the terms will be clearly exposed on the website or corporate mailing.

We reserve the right to apply this offer or not to some of the destinations and you will be informed during the checkout process. The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.

The acquisition of the products must be done through the activation of the “ADD TO CART” button that appears at the bottom of the purchase request, and expresses the total acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions.

The inclusion of any products or services on www.nowthenlabel.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation on the submitted email address.

Please take note that the order is not fulfilled and due until is accepted and completed by us, and you will receive the second confirmation by our side.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.

For security reasons, no purchases worth more than 1.200 euros or containing more than 12 items will be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the overseas territories of:

Russia, Aland islands, Afghanistan, Antarctica, Belarus, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, Burundi, Central African Republic, Christmas Island, Cocos Islands, Comoros, Congo, Eritrea, French Southern Territories, Heard Island and MacDonald Islands, Iran, Iraq, Isle of Man, Jersey, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Niger, Niue, Norfolk Island, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, Pitcairn, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Syria, Western Sahara, Yemen, Western Zahara and  Zimbabwe.

In any case, we ship internationally with DHL to almost every corner of the planet. If you want to place an order and your destination does not appear, contact us by mail at: hello@nowthenlabel.com we will be glad to find the way to ship your purchase.

NowThen is committed to accept and process orders with the utmost diligence and manage the shipment as quickly as possible.

We usually dispatch orders the next working day, but this term could extend up to 48h in times of greater work load. Please keep in mind that this dispatch time must be added to the delivery period of the carrier according to the shipping method you choose. If you have special urgency to receive your order or have doubts about when you might receive it, please contact our team by email at: hello@nowthenlabel.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Although we strive to meet these deadlines, some orders may suffer delays due to causes beyond our control. Please note that we can not be responsible for delays of third parties such as carriers, customs agents, etc. and in no case will we compensate for delays in the delivery process.

When your order is shipped, you will be informed with the tracking number by email or SMS message through the transport provider of the chosen service. If you do not receive this communication, please check your junk mail and if it is still missing.

All our delivery methods are door-to-door services that include 2 delivery attempts. The collection of the order is your responsibility, please keep in mind that additional deliveries and other changes in the service are unrelated to us and may incur extra expenses for you. In the case that after these delivery attempts the merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order and it will not be eligible for a refund.


In the case of international orders which delivery address is outside Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands), and the European Union, all orders may be subject to customs fees and local taxes. The payment of these fees is the responsibility of the buyer and depends on the customs policies of each country.

Likewise, in the case of orders to Ceuta, Melilla and Canarias, the buyer must pay the corresponding customs DUA and the corresponding local tax.

In the event that the customer does not meet any customs obligation (such as the dispatch, taxes, etc), we reserve the right to cancel your order and you may lose the right to claim.

You may cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of the ordered items.

If you wish to cancel your order please provide us with notice in writing by email (hello@nowthenlabel.com) within the 14 day period set forth in section above. If the order is not yet shipped, we will automatically refund it. If it is already sent to you, you may have to wait to receive it and follow our returns process (below).

At NowThen we are committed to offering the highest quality in our products. In the event that you find any defect in the items received, please let us know as soon as possible and we will tell you how to send us this article at no cost to you. We will proceed to check the merchandise and we will provide a change or the total refund of the amount plus shipping costs in the case of a quality defect. We comply with the legal stipulations and in no case these conditions will impair the current consumer rights.


We accept changes and returns of all our products within 28 days of receiving your order. During sales period, items included on the special sale page “LAST UNITS” and the ones with a discount equal to or greater than 30% will be eligible for retuns on store credit or exchanges.

Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are returned to us in perfect condition for later sale. We can not accept returns of items that do not keep all the labels intact, are used, soiled or have been washed or altered. In the case of bottoms and onepieces, for sanitary reasons we will only accept garments that keep the hygienic protector intact.

In the event that we receive merchandise returned in this state, it will be sent back to the buyer.

To make a return, please contact our customer service by sending an email to: hello@nowthenlabel.com indicating your order number and the items you want to change or return.
Our studio will assist you during local office hours from Monday to Friday, and will reply within 1 to 2 business days to confirm your return by providing all the instructions to make your shipment.

All shipments not identified and without prior confirmation by us will be rejected.


To be eligible for a reimbursement, we must receive the returned goods within the next 14 days from the date of reception of the order, and we will provide a refund using the same method used to make the payment. In case we receive your returned goods later than 14 days and up to 28 days, we will send you a refund code in store credit, emailed to the same mail account that you provided when you placed your order. We do not reimburse, in any case, shipping costs, duties or customs charges. Please keep in mind that the returns are processed automatically, and after this period of 28 days we can not offer other compensations or exceptions of our Policy.

In compliance with the aforementioned requirements, we will refund the amount of the merchandise using the same means of payment that was used in the purchase process within a period of 14 days after receiving the returned merchandis, or in a code valid for store credit in the case of returned goods between days 15-28 from receipt. This code will be emailed to you, to the same address you provided when you placed your order, and will allow you to shop storewide within a period of 6 months being valid for one use, as we are not able to reissue credits.

Please take note that until the merchandise returned does not reach our studio and its return is accepted, it remains your property. As the buyer is responsible for the expenses and the shipping process, we recommend that you use a tracking shipping and keep your receipt to avoid any damage or loss.

If you prefer to come to our studio in Madrid on Avda. Mediterráneo 4, simply tell us in your email and we will give you an appointment to bring the items you want to change or return, we will be happy to assist you personally if you want to try another size or find another model.

If you decide to change an item for another size, please contact our customer service by sending an email to hello@nowthenlabel.com and we will be happy to help you find the right size.

We accept changes in all our items within 28 days after receiving your order and according to the above mentioned return conditions (6).

We offer free size changes worldwide. When we receive and process your return, we will proceed to send you the new size at no additional cost to you. This complimentary shipment will not apply on sales item and is limited to one change per order. Although we are committed to helping you to find the best option, we reserve the right to apply this free exchange promotions for any shipping problems of remote locations.

We will be happy to assist you in our Madrid showroom (Retiro) if you want to know and try the collection as well as if you are not decided with a purchase and want to come and change an item. If you want to come to the showroom, contact us by mail at hello@nowthenlabel.com and we will close an appointment that suits you. Please take note that we can only attend by appointment.

You can pay for your goods in the ways set out below.


Note to REDSYS: To proceed with the payment, you will have to enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). NowThen reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. Please take note that Redsys uses a 3D Secure method, and a validation code may be sent to your mobile phone to be entered to proceed with the payment. If you do not receive this code, this may be because your international card does not support this validation system. In this case, we suggest you try again and if the problem persists, use any other means of payment offered that accept most of the international cards.

Please note that we do not accept cash, cheques or bank transfers.

We reserve the right to update these terms, delivery conditions and prices without prior notice.

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.

If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, NowThen abides by all statutory regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, please let us now via email to hello@nowthenlabel.com

If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.

These Terms and Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish Law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
