Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with & NowThen, hereinafter referred to as “NowThen”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the NowThen website or mobile website, (hereinafter “web” “website”).
By using www.nowthenlabel.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
Only persons 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, with a residential address in a country listed below can place an order.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to the overseas territories of:

The inclusion of any products or services on www.nowthenlabel.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on www.nowthenlabel.com at the time you place your order.
The prices displayed at www.nowthenlabel.com include the statutory Spanish Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge. If the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified.
Seasonal offers and special sales could carry an offer of ‘Free delivery’ service. This offers could not be available for all the destinations and the terms will be clearly exposed on the Website or corporate mailing.
We reserve the right to apply this offer or not to some of the destinations and you will be informed during the checkout process. The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation on the submitted email address.
Please take note that the order is not fulfilled and due until is accepted and processed by us, and you will receive the second confirmation by our side.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, a NowThen representative will contact you to settle the refund.
For security reasons, no purchases worth more than 1.000euros or containing more than 10 items will be accepted.
NowThen exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order to a residential address, or pick-up point location. Please note that we only ship to home or office addresses and not to P.O. box or hotels.
NowThen endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 1 to 4 working days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. If provided us with a mobile telephone number, you will receive a Shipment confirmation with your expected delivery details from our Transport partner.
Our delivery service include 2 delivery attempts. Since the communication with the transport company is provided between you and the company, the collection will be at your sole responsibility. Please take note that charges may apply for additional attempts, address change or any other amendment.
If the the delivery is not successful in these 2 delivery attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and you may not be eligible for a refund.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES AND TAX FEES
In case of international orders outside Spain(excl.Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands) and the European Union, customs dispatch charges clearing will be at the sole responsibility of the client to be eligible for collection.
Please note our prices do not include customs charges, duties and tax fees for international orders, that are the sole responsibility of the customer in its country of residence.
In case of the overseas Spanish territories (Ceuta, Melilla, Canarias) you will have to pay the customs (DUA) and local taxes charges for collection.
You may cancel your order from the date you placed it 14 days after receipt of the ordered items.
If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice in writing by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within the 14 day period set forth in section above. You then have an additional 7 day period to return the items to us as set out in section 6 (Returns) below. We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment (or, if the items have not yet been paid for, reflect the return of the items in your account balance) as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such change; in any case this will not generate any additional charges.
If the item you have received is defective, please notify us promptly and return the item in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. NowThen will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
NowThen guarantees a full refund or if you prefer, to replace any returned items in accordance with section 5 (Withdrawal of Order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. Briefs and onepieces can only be returned or exchanged if the sanitary liner strip is intact.
Please take note that if the goods returned are not in perfect conditions, they will be sent to you back at your cost.
If you want either return or exchange your purchase, please send us an email to: email@example.com , indicate your order number and what you need to be replaced.
All items returned should include the “YOUR ORDER” form received in your parcel. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

As the return shipment is always at your cost and the ítems remain at your property until we check and confirm the return or Exchange, we recommend to use a traceable transport. You have 7 days from the date of our confirmation until the ítems get back to us to be eligible for a refund.
As the products remain at your responsibility until they reach our studio and we confirm the return or exchange, we can not assume any lost or damage during the transport process.
All our ítems are also exchangeable until 14days after receipt of the ordered ítems. If you need assistance for a new size, we are always keen to help (mail to: email@example.com) or chat with us
If you decide to exchange certain ítems for another size, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please take note that you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us about the Exchange, and then another 7 days until we receive the goods in our studio. When they arrive to our studio, we have 1 to 4 working days to make the new shipment.
At NowThen we are commited to satisfy our customers and we want to help offering free Exchange delivery costs, so we will send you the new size at no delivery costs to you (limited to one shipping per order)
Please note we can not offer Free Exchange delivery costs for International Orders. We are offering Free Exchange delivery costs to Spain (excl.Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands).

If you live in Madrid or you are around, we are always happy to welcome you at our studio (Retiro area). Just let us know via email and we can fix an appointment for you to exchange a size or if you wish to see the collection.
You can pay for your goods in the ways set out below.
CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD
You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). NowThen reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.
Please note that we do not accept cash, cheques or bank transfers.
We reserve the right to update these terms, delivery conditions and prices without prior notice. The Price, terms and delivery charges applicable will be shown during the checkout and always after our Order Confirmation.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, NowThen abides by all statutory guaranteevregulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please le tus now via email.
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
These Terms and Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish Law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
